Atratus respects and values the privacy of everyone we interact with.

If your data is stored or accessed outside New Zealand (for example by a third-party service provider or hosting partner), we will ensure that any overseas recipient has a comparable level of protection for personal information as required under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
